Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Kleanup Games ("we", "us", "our") for your use of chromadi.fun and the CHROMADI game (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who Can Use CHROMADI

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

2. Your Account

• You can play without an account. An account lets you choose your username and keep your player profile.
• Give an email address you control, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Usernames and Leaderboards

Your username and scores are shown publicly. Usernames must not be offensive, hateful, sexual or misleading, must not impersonate anyone, and must not contain personal information. We may change or remove a username, remove scores, or reset leaderboards at any time, for example to fix errors or remove cheating.

4. Fair Play

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• cheat, use bots or automation, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage or manipulate scores;
• interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers or other players' accounts;
• reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm others.

If you break these rules, we may remove your scores and suspend or close your account.

5. Ownership

CHROMADI, including its game, art, music, characters and website, is owned by Kleanup Games and protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own non-commercial enjoyment. Sharing screenshots, clips and streams of your gameplay is welcome. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary support for CHROMADI's development. They don't buy any goods, in-game items or advantages unless we clearly say so at the time. Donations are processed by Xsolla or Ko-fi under their own terms, and the payment provider may add local taxes or show prices in your currency. Donations are non-refundable, except where the law or the payment provider's own policy says otherwise. If you think a payment was made in error, contact us.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Service shows ads and links to sites we don't control, such as Discord, GitHub, WhatsApp and Ko-fi. We aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply when you use them.

8. Changes and Availability

CHROMADI is in active development. We may change, add or remove features, take the Service offline for maintenance, or stop offering it, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Translations other than English are in beta, and the English version of these Terms is the one that applies.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Kleanup Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, scores or progress, arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

10. Ending These Terms

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 5, 9 and 11 continue to apply after these Terms end.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last Updated" date above and, for significant changes, let players know on the site. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
